A door that has jumped its track will usually get worse if you keep operating it. We realign the door and repair or replace bent tracks and worn rollers.
The door may look visibly crooked or gapped on one side, grind or scrape loudly during operation, stop partway through a cycle, or simply refuse to move at all. In some cases the door still looks fine but a section has partially popped free of the track — worth checking before it fully derails.
Don't try to force it back yourself. A door off track is often still under spring tension, and forcing it can cause the door to fall or the track to bend further. Leave the door where it is and call for service.
We release tension safely, guide the door and rollers back into the track, and inspect the full track run for bends or misalignment that caused the problem in the first place. Bent sections of track get straightened or replaced, and worn rollers (nylon or steel) get swapped so the same failure doesn't happen again in a few months.
Leave it where it is and call — we'll walk you through what to check and get someone out same-day.
