Garage Door Panel Replacement & Dent Repair

A dented or cracked panel doesn't always mean a new door. Most sectional garage doors can have a single damaged panel replaced without touching the rest.

Common Causes of Panel Damage

Repair vs. Full Replacement

Most residential garage doors are sectional, built from 3-5 horizontal panels. If only one panel is damaged and the door is a common size and style, we can often source a matching replacement panel rather than replacing the entire door. This is usually the more cost-effective option, especially on a door under 10 years old.

Full door replacement makes more sense when: the door is old enough that a matching panel is no longer manufactured, more than one section is damaged, or the door's insulation and overall condition are already due for an upgrade. We'll give you a straight answer on which route makes sense for your specific door rather than defaulting to the more expensive option.

What We Check During a Panel Repair

Beyond the visible dent or crack, we check that the damage hasn't bent the track, thrown off the door's balance, or compromised the hinges connecting that panel to its neighbors — cosmetic damage sometimes hides a structural issue that affects how smoothly the door runs.
